Hiya- I’m Becca, I’m 22 and a 3rd year student at Brighton uni studying psychology and sociology. I am planning on continuing on to doing a masters next year in Clinical psychology at Sussex uni. I currently live in a two-bedroom privately rented flat by myself. My old flatmate moved out 20th January and I didn't have time to find a new flatmate before having to sign a new contract with my landlord, so I am looking for someone who would be interested in moving into the spare room from July 20th when my current 6 month contract ends. I’m a pretty clean and chill person. I’m primarily looking for someone that I can get along with hopefully, since it would just be the two of us in the flat I think that’s important :)

Only looking for another female student or professional, must be close to my age and hopefully have lots in common! Although any non-student would be responsible for the council tax - council tax band: B

The room has a built-in wardrobe, but other than that, it is unfurnished. There is free street parking outside, two shops and a kebab shop only a 5-minute walk away, a 15-minute walk from Brighton uni and Moulsecoomb station, and it has a great size shared living room which I have furnished.
