Hi! I am currently moving away from Brighton and am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy from May 1sttill the end of the contract (July 31st).

It’s a nice double room with an en-suite built into it. The house is a short walk away from Moulsecoomb station and Brighton Uni. There is also a bus stop that will get you into town at the end of the road. The house also has a good size garden.

You’d be living with 4 lovely students who are all in their second year, 3 girls and 1 boy, 3 who go to Brighton Uni and 1 who goes to Sussex Uni.
