We’ve got a small DOUBLE* room available in our lovely 5 bed house ready to move in between end of February/start of March.

This room is sadly becoming free due to our lovely housemate of many years making the move to her own flat. Us remaining four housemates (female young professionals between 26 – 31) are looking for an easy-going, clean, kind and respectful new housemate to take their places.

The room comes furnished and has the perk of having its own sink, access to the roof terrace and good storage. You will also have use of a shared separate home office and primary use of the shower room.

*The pictures show a single bed - if preferred the landlord is happy to buy a small double bed which we've measured and will fit nicely! There is ALOT of storage in the office space so you'd be welcome to make it a double room and use more storage downstairs.

Small Double Room: £550.00 per month __Including all bills__ (subject to slight minimal change in bill costs due to rising costs)

The house itself comprises of:

And is minutes away from supermarkets, the sea, bus stops, and only a 15 min walk to Brighton station.🌊

As a household, we all have our own busy lives and are often spending time on our hobbies, working or seeing friends, but still enjoy watching TV together, occasional house dinners, swimming in the sea, and relaxing in shared spaces. We aren’t a party house and so are looking for people that understand the need for home to be a calm place to relax and feel safe in, as well as have a laugh too.
