Previously, I have had two long-term lodgers in the 2nd bedroom. One stayed for 20 months, following another who lived here happily for 8 months. The current lodger is moving on after successfully securing a mortgage on their first property. The 2nd Bedroom has recently been secured by another lodger and therefore this toilet space will be shared by Room 2 and Room 3.

I am in the process of putting this flat on the market, meaning occasionally people will be viewing the property. This is still at an early stage and it is expected that it will take at least 8 months (likely longer) for the flat to sell. This flat was previously our home as a couple. Since separating, we have remained good friends and lived here amicably together for just over 6 months.
