Regular buses into town/the beach from Dyke Road or Preston Road, hire a cycle nearby or enjoy the walk. Preston Park is at the end of the road, with Sainsburys or Tesco a short walk away. 



Available for a short term or longer term let, with 4 week deposit and references please.

Tenancy agreement provided. 



Would suit student or working professional who enjoys a family environment (teenagers, not young children!).
