Bright Double Room in a Warm & Welcoming Home - Kemptown, Brighton
We have a lovely double room available in our warm, friendly and comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom home, situated just above beautiful Queen’s Park in Kemptown, Brighton.
The household is made up of my husband and I, our 23 year old daughter and a cat. We enjoy a relaxed, respectful and friendly home and are looking for a female housemate who can become part of the household whilst having her own space and independence.
The available room is fully furnished, and you’ll have access to the shared living areas of the house and kitchen. We are always up for a chat, silly board game or shared dinner and our home has a cosy fireplace to enjoy during the winter with a lovely garden for relaxing outside in the summer.
The rent includes all bills, including council tax, Wi-Fi and Netflix, so there are no extra household costs to worry about.
We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate and easy-going who is looking for a comfortable place to call home for a few months.
