It’s a small double, as shown in the pictures it currently has a double bunk bed with a sofa underneath but can be fully emptied if preferred. Move in date is 14th March ideally
Couldn’t really get more central but on a quiet enough street that the noise isn't an issue
2 minute walk to the train station, 15 minutes to the beach
It’s a pretty laid-back house with a cosy lounge and projector, so we spend a fair bit of time chilling together watching films or playing games. Guests are always welcome, we have friends round for dinner and drinks semi regularly. Everyone gets plenty of notice, and we keep things respectful of each other and the neighbours.
There’s a small patio area out back, currently occupied by a large shed type thing which will be taken down by the time you move in. Not quite a sun trap unfortunately but it’s a great space for a summer BBQ when we can’t be bothered lugging the whole lot to the beach
No bath but the shower is class. Combi boiler so no faffing around waiting for hot water & good pressure
The kitchen has a gas hob, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker and a 4 slice toaster for all your toasting needs.
We also have a loft which is set up like a spare room for when friends stay over but has loads of space for storage if you need it
The rent was increased for the first time in a good while last year and is unlikely to go up again for another good while. Never had any problems with the landlord & lady, they manage the property through a 1 woman agency. She’s a good egg and doesn’t faff about when it comes to getting stuff fixed or replaced
Bills are around £130 each
