Flat is located in green central Hove location (Holland road at Palmeira Square), being just a short distance from Hove Lawn seafront and City Centre Churchill square. The bus stop have running bases every 2 minutes at different destinations including directly to Hove railway station or Brighton railway station. When it comes to shops, bars and restaurants nearby the hubbub of Church Road, George Street and Western road all offer plenty of choice.
Room is very big with private balcony could be suitable for couple or 2 people sharing (hence 2 beds). Price is 800£ plus share with others 2 people bills around 30£ (only gas/electric on basis of top-up when required). There is not common living room, but outside front doors privacy give exclusive sort of patio, where can smoke, have coffee with someone.
Minimum stay is 3 months not shorter. Deposit is required and is given back at day of moving out.
