Due to unforeseen circumstances, we're having to leave our flat. It's available from 20 January, but can be flexible. The total rent is £1995 and the deposit is £2301 (or £665 and £767 per person, respectively). It's council tax band C. As the property is managed by an estate agency, you'll either need to be able to pass referencing checks (proof of an annual income that's roughly £19,950) or provide a guarantor instead.

It's a basement flat, only accessible via a short set of stairs. The flat has a spacious living room, and the kitchen has lots of storage, worktop space and white goods included. The flat is situated just off Western Road with plenty of shops/supermarkets etc around the area. It's about a 15-minute walk to the station. It's also very close to the beach, which is very helpful when the weather is nice!
