My good friend is moving out some time to be agreed between now and the 3rd April.
The room is huge, and gets the morning sun.
We are located seconds from Seven Dials roundabout, in the Montpelier Conservation area, near many cafes, train station and a 15min walk from just about anywhere in town/ seafront.
The flat is well maintained, and we have a lovely big patio area I’m getting ready for Spring. Great for firepits and bbqs. Come and join in!
The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge, washing machine, microwave, with plenty of storage space.
The room itself is about 5m by 4m with built in storage and a view over the garden.
I work from home mostly, for the NHS, and am out and about in the community quite a lot.
I’m looking for someone kind, chilled and sociable.
We can socialise, we keep it clean and have plenty of spaces to retreat and recharge in life.
