I’m a professional offering 2 double rooms for a short term let, in my lovely, large Victorian home in Brighton.

One room is a bright, spacious and comfortable en-suite room and the second room is a comfortable double room, with use of a large luxury bathroom.

The rooms are both available for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 10 weeks from the 2nd January 2027 to 12th March 2027.

The en-suite room has just been redecorated in calm, neutral tones and comes fully furnished with:

Its own en-suite bathroom.

A double bed and memory foam mattress

Wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and bedside tables

Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a hairdryer

Fresh fluffy towels for your comfort

You’ll also have your own large sitting room with a 65-inch TV, perfect for relaxing in your own space.

The second double room, has a double bed and memory foam mattress, a smart TV, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, armchair and tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.

This room also shares the large guest sitting room with 65 inch TV.

You're very welcome to make yourself at home here. Feel free to use the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the peaceful, secluded garden — a lovely spot for morning coffee or a bit of sunshine.

You’ll have your own front door key and room key for complete independence.

The house is just off Lewes Road, in a fantastic location — only a 3-minute walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, and excellent bus links.

If you’re a smoker, you’re welcome to smoke in the garden.

Just a heads-up: I share my home with two sweet young rescue cats, Bella and Bobo — a brother and sister who love company but are also very chilled out.
