I have a free double bedroom in a modern 2 bedroom flat, located at Hove Central, a newly built complex.

The flat has a long balcony around the flat, it makes it bright and sunny all day. we will share the living room with a flat TV and sofa and kitchen, which is fitted with new oven/microwave/dishwasher all ready to use and working perfectly.

You will have your own room and bathroom with bathtub, there are space for your own furniture, but bed and wardrobe and bedside tables are all provided, with a comfortable matress.

I have moved in recently, so there are plenty of spaces for furtnitures, storage and decorations as well.

The building complex has shared office space, gym, cinema room, common spaces and rooftop terraces all included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about these costs if you move here.

I have a cat, who is around the common spaces and in my room. He is friendly and not making big mess. If you like cats, this is a big bonus.
I work in the hospital as a doctor, so spending most of my time there during the week. In my free time I love doing sports, going to the gym and crossit, or walks along the beach, cycling. I am a big fan of boardgames.

The beach is 15 mins walk, and there are shops nearby. Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Waitrose are all within 5-15 mins walking distance. There is option to get a parking slot, but currently there is a waiting list. There are plenty of available secure bike storge around.

I am looking for a flatmate who would consider it a home, and up for occasional social gathering and also respecting each others privacy.
