I will be leaving my lovely flat share as I'm moving out of Brighton. My flatmate is looking for someone to take over my tenancy on the 1st of August, She is a wonderful flatmate/very easy going and tidy.

The room available is in the picture. It's a very spacious flat and only about 20 minute walk from the centre! I've happily lived in the flat for the past 3 years with no issues.
