My name is Jared I am looking for a friendly individual to fill the spare room in the house I am renting. It is a very cute and pretty house with parking and a balcony and shared living room. Im pretty easy going and work full time as a tree surgeon so won't be home during the day. I don't have too many preferences as long as you can be relatively quiet post 10:30 on week nights and are tidy and respectful that is all that is needed.
