I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid/late September.

Rent £616pcm, bills are paid separately, around £115 plus council tax, so it is £820 all together. Deposit is £600. These are non-negotiable

The flat is a gorgeous two storey maisonette in the heart of Brighton’s Old Laines. There is a large open plan kitchen and living room with a dining table, and a view over Brighton Square. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. It’s in an incredible location, 5 minutes walk from the pier, 15 minute walk to Brighton train station and a 3 minute walk to Old Steine for local bus routes. Morrisons and Co Op are both within a 5 minute walk. You step out into the laines as soon as you leave the door!

The room itself is bright and spacious and you have access to your own shower room and toilet. It is furnished, with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

You will be living with a 21/22 year old female and male couple who are incredibly lovely, respectful and tidy. Ideally we are looking for someone who is a young professional/ masters student, who is respectful and tidy but also sociable and easy-going. Think arts and crafts, Pokémon, beer!
