Hey there, am Andre and am looking for a gay house mate preferably (guy) for a double newly refurbished bed room for single occupancy with kitchen and living room being shared and the use of the garden. The house is in residential area within 10 mins walking distance to St James St and Hospital or Brighton Station 15 min. The rent is £550 plus share of gas/electricty.
