We’ve got a room coming up in our lovely shared house, available from the start of March (with a bit of flexibility for earlier if needed).
We’re a welcoming household of three in our mid to late 30s:
– a gay couple who run a restaurant, and
– a female housemate who works for a housing charity.
House vibe-wise: we’re warm, social and a bit silly, with slightly naughty senses of humour and an ability to laugh at ourselves (and each other). If you’re very uptight or allergic to self-deprecating humour, this probably isn’t your place. That said, there’s a strong undercurrent of respect — this isn’t a party house and it’s definitely not about all-night bass or chaos. Think grown-up fun, not student energy.
We like a clean and cared-for home. We’re not obsessive, but it does matter that everyone cleans up after themselves and treats shared spaces with a bit of love.
The house itself has lots of period features and genuine character. It’s not luxury, but it is authentically charming — cosy, welcoming and very much a home. There’s also a courtyard garden, perfect for a coffee, a post-work drink, or putting the world to rights.
Location-wise, it’s pretty special:
🌳 Beautiful tree-lined street
🌊 Seconds from the seafront
✨ Moments from the buzz of St James’s Street
We’re looking for someone friendly, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable being themselves.
If this sounds like your kind of household, drop us a message and tell us a bit about yourself.
Big Love.
