Me (20 year old transman, he/him) and my flatmate (22 year old woman, she/her) are seeking a housemate to move in with us as soon as possible (ideally before the 22nd) and stay for the next academic year!

We are both queer, friendly, alternative and students of Brighton university! We are comfortable with pets and smokers.

Our asking price is more than is listed on the company listing for the property as we have opted for a bills-included package!

Deposits have already been paid.

We are offering the biggest upstairs room in our house (for no additional cost, the rent is evenly split). The room comes furnished with a bed, a mattress, a wardrobe, a desk and bedside tables and is incredibly spacious.

Amenities in the rest of the house include: a large back-garden, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom (mold-free!), a large shared living-room, a washing machine and the ability to seek a parking permit!

The house is in Central Brighton just off London Road and is located 15 minutes from the main central University buildings so it's great for students, it's incredibly close to lots of main shops e. g. Aldi and Sainsburys so it's also incredibly convenient.
