The flat is located on Albion Hill, very close to London Road.

I’m looking for someone clean and respectful, who’s happy to have a good relationship at home.
This is a professional house, not a party house, that said, it’s totally fine to celebrate something occasionally.

The rent is £550 + bills (I’m currently paying around £710 in total, and I wouldn’t like this to increase).
The deposit is £605.76, and there is a £50 fee for the name change on the contract.
