Hello,

We’re looking for 4 housemates to take over from current housemates who are finishing 3rd year and leaving the house.

The rent is £600 a month without bills, total price per month ranges from £630-670.

All the rooms are evenly sized double room (really big), we have a lounge and a big garden.

The house is really close to both Moulsecoombe and Falmer campus. Closest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away (both Sainsbury’s and Aldi).

We’re both artists and enjoying hanging out but can respect alone time. We’re just pretty chill really.
