Hi there,

I’m looking for a week-time flatmate in my spare room.

My flat is spacious, well decorated flat with a nice balcony (in the summer!). It’s also in a great location of Seven Dials with lots of bakeries and coffee shops, plus a mere 7 mins walk to Brighton Station, but out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

As the room is very small, it’s more of a base to sleep in rather than spend time in. It’s important you feel comfortable and relaxed living here and that you didn’t feel you had to stay in your room and get cabin fever! I’d want this to be an opportunity to not just help cover the bills but also a nice experience to share my flat with someone.

I’m out of the flat during the day so you could WFH on the dining room table if you wanted.
