We are looking for a student to move a room in our 6 bed house in the elm-grove area!

Rent is 761.20 per month (bills included) the tenancy ends 14/07/27 (the lease signed will be until the 14/07/27 it is not avaliable for longer or shorter amounts of time as its a student property)

The room is furnished with:

We are all students at Sussex, all very friendly, not really a massive party household.
We are aged 19-23, 4 girls and 1 guy (who one tenant has already lived with for a year) and we are looking for a female flatmate!

There are 2 bathrooms in the house.

Can move in from 15th September, rent for September has been paid for in advance, so no rent for September will be needed.

Female students preferred but not necessary xx
