A modern loft conversion in a Victorian terraced house in Hanover with stunning city views and sunsets. The room has an ensuite bathroom and a King sized bed with brand new Simba Hybrid mattress. Your room includes a small living space which could be suitable for working from home.

Please note - I'm looking for someone for between 1 and 6months only at this stage. There is a chance that could be extended - but I cannot guarantee longer than that for now. You would need to be open to that.

Sharing the space with me, you have access to the kitchen, living room and dining area with French windows out into the garden. We are lucky with west facing views and get sunshine well into the evening.

Located on a quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood. 15 mins walk to the sea and Brighton station. 10 mins to the North Laines with plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops.

I work part time from home, so ideally looking for someone who either does not work from home - or who is happy to work up in your private space.

I’m pretty quiet and chilled and like the home to be that way too. I’m sociable too and enjoy having friends and family to visit and spend time in my home.

I adore my home and hope to find someone who loves it too and will take good care of it.
