Will be sharing with three friendly and considerate 30+ guys who like to sleep at night - definitely not a party house, and someone who does not drink or smoke would be preferable - and house has a laid back, comfortable atmosphere that’s always nice to come home to.

10-minute bus ride/20-minute walk to town centre, 5 to London Road shops. Less than 10-minute walk to big Aldi, 2 minutes walk to big Sainsbury’s, post office, dentist, and GP, 1 minute to Co-Op, bus stops, takeaways, cafes, 24-hour shop, pubs etc. The house is located in Council Tax band C, and is managed by reputable letting agents who require UK guarantor alongside deposit [approx £227] when moving in, and their office is conveniently just around the corner.
