Hi, my name’s Kat, I'm looking for someone to take this room, available for the period of 14/08/2025-13/08/2026.
Details:
Single bedroom in a generously spacious flat in Brighton, just a 22-minute walk from the Moulsecoomb campus. The 48 bus is also available a 6 minute walk from the flat, going towards the city centre and past the Moulsecoomb campus The flat features a large living room, a modern kitchen, and one shared bathroom. In the kitchen, you'll find a washing machine (drying racks come with the flat), a gas hob with an oven, one fridge and one freezer, a toaster and a kettle.
The bedroom available is a single bed containing a wardrobe, wall-mounted shelves, a bedside table and a lovely, large window facing some fields.
The apartment is on the first floor and can only be accessed via a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no disability access.
Residents of the apartment have free parking, making it perfect for anyone who has a car.
The current housemates are two male students at the University of Brighton, one going into his third year and the other being a master’s student. They’re friendly and easy-going guys who would appreciate someone tidy and considerate of noise.
Deposit can be paid in instalments if required.
The flat is under the Eightfold Property agency.
