Hi I'm looking for a tenant to takeover from now to early September!! The room is available immediately and is in a 7 bedroom house in Colbourne Avenue with 3 floors, 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. All bills are included at £170/week that's including a communal cleaner, a washer and a dryer. My room is located on the top floor with a lovely rooftop window and lots of space. I'm currently sharing with 4 girls and 2 boys who are all very friendly and outgoing. The house is a 5 minute walk from Brighton University and Moulsecoomb station and a 10 minute walk from Aldi.
