3 students are living here currently - we are all friendly and sociable. Currently 2 girls, 1 boy - all in 2nd year.

The room is fully furnished, including a wardrobe, desk, and bed. There is also a spare room upstairs (not a bedroom) which can be used for storage/laundry/etc.

We're a friendly, sociable and easy-going group. We like going out and socialising, but we also enjoy spending time together at home. We're quite social and don't always stay in our rooms, so we're looking for someone who would enjoy being part of a friendly house rather than simply having a place to sleep.

We're looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate who would fit in well with the group.
