3 students currently live in the house and we are all friendly, sociable and easy-going. There are currently 2 girls and 1 boy, and we are all in our 2nd year of university.

£715 per month + £27.99 per week for bills (bills not included in rent).

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. There is also a spare upstairs room which isn't used as a bedroom and can be used for additional storage, laundry, etc.

We enjoy going out and socialising, but we also like spending time together at home, whether that's cooking, watching films or just hanging out. We're looking for someone friendly and considerate who would fit in well with the house and be happy to spend time together, while also having their own space.
