I have a lovely small, light and airy double room to rent, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelving units and it's available from September 2025 for a minimum of 6 months.
It's around 15 mins walk to the seafront/ beach & into town, and there are also excellent local amenities and bus routes.

I'm friendly, welcoming & easy going, and have rented rooms in my house to many lovely people over the last few years, ranging from 6 months to 3 years!

Ideal housemate will be a full-time working professional or mature student who is friendly, responsible and considerate. I enjoy friendly chats with my housemates & happy to socialise together when we can.

I'm a full time working professional and as I work away some of the time, this will suit an independent person who is happy to have the house to themselves.

The rent is £600 per month, including bills. A deposit of one month's rent is required, as well as tenancy credit reference checks & there is a rolling 6 month contract. LGTBQIA+ friendly, however it's not suitable for UC, couples, full time home workers or pets.
