A double room to let in shared house in central Brighton just above Preston Park. Very central location. Short walk to main railway station and 20 minute walk to city centre. Landlord lives in ground floor studio, bathroom and kitchen are shared, but upper floors are mostly for the lodgers. Very nice, clean, calm and convenient place to live.
