Right in the heart of Hanover — a hugely popular, vibrant neighbourhood packed with cafés, pubs and colourful streets — this bright, very spacious double bedroom is ideal if you want the comfort of a homely environment while staying close to everything fun Brighton offers. You can head out for drinks, gigs, the beach or the Lanes within minutes, and come home to a calm, friendly space.

The room is fully furnished and has plenty of space for both relaxing and working from home.

You’ll be sharing with our family – a professional couple, our two young daughters, and our cat. We have had four lodgers in the past and they have loved living here and felt at home but also completely independent. You can choose whether to be a part of family life or completely do your own thing!

📍 Location
Hanover is full of character: colourful houses, great pubs, independent cafés, a nearby gym and a big park. There’s a bus stop right outside the house offering excellent public transport to the unis, city centre, seafront, marina and more. It’s perfect if you want a lively area with loads to do, but still appreciate having a peaceful place to come home to.

We’re easy-going, respectful, adventurous and passionate about the outdoors and sport.

Important note
A couple of times a year, we may need to use the room for visiting family members for a short stay. We always give plenty of notice, and we’ll make sure it works smoothly and respectfully for everyone. You can leave all your things in the room.
