Come live with me in my house up the hill , sharing with myself , one other housemate and a cute friendly cat called Kevin . It’s situated in the Lewes rd area , near the cemetery and racecourse , council tax band B . I make my living working in the music industry and I generally work from home . The room is sunny and spacious with a nice energy and a window overlooking the road , park and in the distance the sea . Furniture wise it has a lot of storage with two large wardrobes and a corner cupboard , the bed base can stay or go but you will need your own mattress ( the bed base is European king size ) . There’s generally music playing here but also plenty of peace and quiet also and , except on the rarest of occasions , it’s not a party house . Communal lounge , bathroom , kitchen and sunny garden . Theres also a dishwasher , washing machine and tumble dryer . It’s not a new build but a beautiful crooked house , a bit creaky and with plenty of character Under 10 mins walk to sainsburys but a local shop round the corner for basics and a garden centre a similar distance away which has a Waitrose food section . We are at the top of the hill and it’s a 30 min walk to the centre but buses at the bottom of the hill going in regularly every few minutes . Looking for a good natured , easy going , mindful , reasonably tidy person . no tobacco smoking in the house .
