Looking for a male NHS or other profession worker or student who is kind, friendly, honest, clean and tidy and respectful. Must be non smoker. In the house is myself and husband and our dog pippa. All bills included except food and toiletries. It's a single room and furnished. The house is half hour walk from the marina, and we are 2 min walk from bus stop where you can get a bus into town. Its close to the royal sussex county hospital, which is where i work. There is a GP and library 20 min walk away. We have a shared bathroom with separate toilet upstairs. Parking outside home. You must love dogs. Please send details about yourself including your email, mobile phone number, age, if you are a student or you work. How long you plan to stay ect. A £100 deposit is payable to secure room and if there are no damages when you leave, and you give 1 months notice you will get the deposit back.
