Large light and bright furnished room with a fab view over Brighton to the sea. Double size room. with single bed and desk, wardrobe. Also a decent size garden. Bathroom with shower, no bath.

Peaceful residential area, with access to the edge of the Downs. 10 mins from Fiveways shops/cafes, 15 - 20 mins bus to central Brighton and 20 - 30 mins walk to University of Brighton.

I work 4 ish days a week, partly from home for a housing charity. Environmentally conscious household - composting encouraged, noxious products discouraged. I'm outdoors a lot, gardening, allotment, cyclist and walker, enjoy live music and galleries. Indoors listen to R4 and 6 Music, yoga, crochet, cook, read... etc Have enjoyed sharing with many lodgers of all ages and nationalities.

I'm mostly vegetarian and coeliac so kitchen use needs to be mindful of this - care needs to be taken with crumbs! And only gluten free baking permitted if that is your thing I'm afraid. Happy to share the occassional meal. If you like plants and gardens that's a bonus as may ask you to water seedlings if I go away for a night or two.
