The room is Furnished with views over Brighton in a recently modernised Victorian house.

Great transport links, 2 minute walk for buses to the universities, shops and supermarkets. A 20 minute cycle to Falmer campus and only a 15 minute walk to Brighton mainline station.

This room is in our Family home and we are looking preferably for a female, mature masters, phd, student or professional female who doesn't wfh and, Ideally vegetarian.

There is no smoking in the house. You would be living with two secondary school Children, myself (MA student at Sussex and wfh) another lodger and two cats.
Bills and WiFi are included and You would have Access to washing machine, use of the kitchen, shared bathroom , living space and garden.
