A room in a 3 room flat is available to move in ASAP! The kitchen and bathroom are shared. We would prefer a long term tenant!

7 minutes away from Moulsecoomb train station, and 10 minutes away from Moulsecoomb Brighton Univeristy campus! Shops are nearby, and we have bus stops nearby too!

The housemates are me (23 female!) and another 23 year old girl and we are quiet but friendly. The other housemate works, and I am currently out of work because of disabilities, but I am always down to hang out!

Pets welcome though it is not suitable for big dogs (it's a bit small for them!)

Free parking with no permit!

Water and Wifi bills included in the price! Electricity is paid by us online and we usually just top up 20 quid each every 2 weeks, so only £40 a month!
Council tax is currently 52 a month, but it had recently been reviewed so the price might change.
