Double room available for rent in our house in Preston Circus. The room is a large, bright double which has recently been decorated, located on the top floor alongside a shared spare room/ home office which you could use. The floor is very quiet and spacious. We have one shared bathroom. Bills are included (gas, electric, water, council tax - Band D, wifi and cleaner who comes once a week).

My partner is an NHS Dr and has a job in London starting in August so we will be renting a place in London and spending a large chunk of our time there. I’m on maternity leave so both of us and our baby will at times spend weekends and days off in Brighton, hence not renting out our full house while we are away and at times all three of us will also be here.

The house is a 12 minute walk to Brighton station and 5 minute walk to London Road. 20 minute walk to the beach.
