I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy, as my circumstances have recently changed.

The room available is a spacious furnished double bedroom, including a double bed, desk, chair, and plenty of storage space.

You would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two other tenants — both girls (one professional and one student). They are both really friendly and easy to live with.

Bills are not included, but they usually come to around £80–£90 per month. They have been a bit higher recently due to the cold weather, but in the summer electricity is much cheaper (around £30 or even less).

There is also free parking available.

The house is in a great location — only a 5–10 minute walk to Moulsecoomb train station, and there are also corner shops nearby within the same distance.
