I’m looking for a lodger for my large spare bright double bedroom. 25 min walk to town. Walking distance to Preston Park Station and bus stop at end of the road to town. 25 mins to Gatwick by train or coach nearby. Part time free parking, Plenty of storage including garage for bike etc. Use of Sunny garden and patio, very quite Road.
It’s just me living here. Happy to be sociable over a cuppa but need my own space too. Looking for a quiet, tidy and considerate lodger,. Also happy for part time lodgers, perfect location for Cabin Crew, rates negotiable for part time lodgers.
Students also welcome. No couples or pets , sorry .
