Hi, I’m looking for a tenancy takeover for my fully furnished room over the summer from 15th June to 7th September in a quiet and tidy four person house in BN2 4PN.

There are four clean and respectful housemates (will probably be gone in summer, so you'll have a quiet house)
It is a very quiet environment and ideal for studying or working.
There is a washing machine and a garden.
The house has two fridges, two toilets and one shower.
There are good bus connections into town and to the University.
The room is fully furnished and will be ready to move in from June.
