I have an unfurnished double room available for a year long tenancy only a 10 minute walk from the harbourside. The room includes a bed, a chest of drawers and a clothing rail. However, these can happily go into storage if you'd prefer an unfurnished room.

The property is right on the river - great for walks and sunshine drinks. Leigh woods is very close and Ashton Mansion for BBQs. There is a spacious living room with a comfy sofa. All white goods already here. Flat is recently renovated.

The room available is a reasonable size, cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. The bathroom contains both a shower and a bath. This property also has the added bonus of a storage room downstairs for bikes or leftover belongings. There is also an extra closet in the hallway which you are welcome to.

Fees:

Happy to answer any questions about fees. This is a landlord run property so requires references and either a minimum income of 18,000 or a guarantor. Council Tax is Band C [roughly £160 per month between two]. The rest of bills are approx £70 per month each.

I personally am a young professional who works Monday to Friday.
In the evenings, I like to relax with a good film or pop over the road for a drink on the river with friends. I am easy-going but keep things both tidy and homey. Be ideal to live with someone that you can do things with if you feel like it, but also won't be offended if you shut yourself away in your room after a long day.
