Essentially, I am looking for a quiet and calm person to share the flat with two housemates. Both housemates are quiet, professionals and they are maintain the peace of the flat.

Each room is pretty much self-contained in the sense that it has a work, sleeping and dining area. Wifi is good. Room has view of Bristol over the river from the Suspension Bridge to Park Street.

The shared kitchen is large and south facing, as is the loo upstairs. The separate shared Bathroom has a great shower.

The top floor flat (three sets of stairs!) is 10 minutes walk to the harbourside or local high street (bars & restaurants). Bristol Temple Meads station: 30 mins walk; 5 min taxi. Bristol Airport: 20 min drive. Local, street parking only via residents permits which you will have to apply for.

If you are the party type then this flat is NOT for you. I am looking for fun yet quiet, interesting yet calm person. I am being honest as I have had some bad experiences with people who have gone out every night and come back loud and drunk; no-one wants this. Honest, but true!
