We are a couple of professionals in our 30's and looking for a male or female flatmate, to share our flat, and also some nice conversations :).

We offer a light and spacious double room and a large private bathroom (bathtub + toilet + sink). The flat is at the 2nd floor of new development with 2 bedrooms and big living/dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing / dryer machine. There is a bike storage in the building.

The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood at a few minutes walking distance from the city centre (old city centre, Cabot Circus shopping centre, cinemas, restaurants....), the Bristol bus & coach station and the vibrant Stokes Croft where there are eateries and coffee shops to enjoy.

There are free parking spaces in the nearby streets.
