I’m a professional female living with my 2 kids (part time) and 2 adopted turtles in Ashton near the football ground, around 5 minutes walk to North Street. We’ve got a large double room available in the loft. The loft has 2 double rooms and my 11 year old son is in the other room. There is also a shower room up there that is for the use of our lodger, we use the bathroom downstairs.

I'm looking for someone who is happy around kids, self-sufficient and cleans up after themselves! My kids live with me part of the time so the house is child free 3 nights a week. We’ve house shared since 2016 so we’re all used to sharing the space. We also have a lodger that lived with us for a while and is now at uni so she comes back occasionally. I’m pretty busy work/kids/friends with so quite happy to chat when around but don’t have much free time so the room is best suited to someone that is happy to be independent at home.

The rent includes all bills, wifi and Netflix.
