Small but well-equipped room available in a lovely, modern flat in central Bristol. Comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, and exclusive use of a large bathroom (combined bath and shower).

Plenty of extra storage space in the communal kitchen/living room. The kitchen is enormous, so there's lots of work space for preparing separate meals. The hob, oven and fridge have been change very recently. The current tenants (my partner and I) will be taking some of the furniture that you can see in the pictures, so you'll have space to put your own.

The rent covers the bills for water, parcel lockers and building maintenance. Other bills (electricity, internet and phoneline) come to around £55 pppm in total. Council tax is approximately £100 pppm, as we're on band D.

This contract doesn't include a parking space, but there are many of spaces in a gated car park available to rent from other residents (I've seen a few adverts for around £100 p/m).

The flat will be shared with Jack, a professional software developer who will be taking over the tenancy once we leave. He will be working from home, with the odd day away. Interests include: music production, tabletop games, video games, reading, and cooking. Tennis, badminton and running are my main sporty hobbies.
