We are looking for 1 person to take over a room in our house for next academic year, tenancy starting in June-July 2022. It is an 8 bed house in Cotham, 2 minute walk away from the Gloucester Road Arches and bus stop to UWE. There are currently 7 2nd years and 1 3rd year living there but next year we will have a free room.

The house has 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms and a garden with a bike shed. It is in an amazing location and easily commutable to either the city centre or UWE.

In the attached video, you can see both bathrooms as well as the 2 kitchens. The room that is up for offer is the larger of the 2 rooms at the very end of the video!
