Hey! I'm looking for two students to share a house from July 15th for 12 months.

The House is located in Bedminster, around 40 min walk to Cabot Circus.
The House has two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen/ living room and includes a garden.

The rooms (not including bills):

Double Room - £508pcm
Furnished with Double bed (with storage underneath), desk, mirror/wardrobe, white chair (folded against wall in image)

Single Room - £403pcm
Furnished with single bed, draws, built in storage in wall.

I'm going into my 3rd year at Screenology (film), so students in a similar situation would be ideal but not tied to that.
I'm a clean housemate, you'll always hear me listening to music, like to socialize but respect your own space, like going to the odd gig and 420 friendly.
