Hi there,

I have a lovely bright and quiet room to rent in a large grown up house on Stackpool Rd, Southville.

We are in a fabulous location; just a 5-minute walk to Whapping Wharf and the harbourside and a mere 15-minute stroll into town. North Street, with its delightful array of shops, bars and restaurants, is practically at your doorstep. There are
several bus routes (including the airport bus) conveniently nearby. Temple Meads train station is just over a mile away and Bristol airport a 15-20 minute drive.

Please note this is a Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday let only but you’re welcome to leave your belongings over the weekend—nobody else will be using the room.

There are 2 of us living here. Myself and 1 other Sunday-Thursday letter (whom travels extensively) . I reside in the loft with a separate bathroom.

You’ll share a bathroom and enjoy a spacious kitchen/diner equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

On-street parking is available right outside, although it’s worth noting that we’re in a Residential parking zone. Free parking is just a 5-minute walk away (on the other side of North Street).

We all respect other's space and enjoy living in this sunny peaceful haven but are also up for a friendly drink and a chat. If you are looking for somewhere to bring your friends back or stay over then sorry; this is not the place for you.

Diet wise, we are pescatarian. No meat to be cooked please though we don't mind meaty deliveries or storing cold meats etc.!

Rent includes all bills and a cleaner. Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs £575 pcm.

Minimum stay 3 months.
