I’m looking for a flatmate from mid-April onwards. For a minimum 6 month tenancy.

The flat is very central, less than 2 minutes walk from Cabot Circus and very close to Stokes Croft (loads of quality restaurants, bars and cafés), we are about 15/20 minutes walk from Temple Meads station.

The room is a good sized double with an ensuite shower room. All the furniture in the bedroom is new as it was bought in the last year. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc. all included.

There is also a dishwasher, wine fridge and washing machine/dryer.

The flat has lots of natural light and good quality heating and insulation so it’s always a comfortable temperature. There is a lift as well as a staircase if you have mobility issues. There is also a parking space and secure bike storage.

I work from home 2/3 days a week and am happy living with someone who has a similar set up.

The landlord would prefer a single person but would consider couples moving in too.

I enjoy socialising and would be interested in sharing with someone who likes to go out for a coffee, food or to grab a drink (alcoholic or alcohol free). I’d also be open to cooking together occasionally if you’re interested. I’m equally happy to give you space if you prefer.
