I am a single mum to a lovely toddler and have a bright double room free for a lodger in our family home. We are situated very close to the BRI so this might be ideal for someone who works there or possibly a mature student…

As this is a family home it is important that I find the right person. Possibly someone who only needs somewhere to stay part of the week would work well (rent is negotiable) as this wouldn’t be somewhere you can invite friends round etc, more of a crash pad. I’m a friendly Scottish lass though so it would be nice to hangout in the garden with a glass of wine sometimes!

It goes without saying that you must like children but I’ve got a particularly well behaved one ☺️. I will need references and possibly a DBS check too.
